U.S. Security Care is seeking professional, reliable, and highly motivated Armed School Security Agents to join our team in the Norristown area. This part-time position offers the potential to transition into full-time hours.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct foot patrols and ensure the safety and security of school grounds.
• Prepare clear, detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Manage traffic control and assist with access management.
• Utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of armed experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
• Act 67 certification a plus (training provided for qualified candidates).
• Military or corrections background preferred.
• Retired law enforcement officers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Must possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a professional demeanor.
