Description

Operations Scheduler provides administrative support to Regional Directors on the coordination of employee work schedules based on client needs.

Position Location: Blue Bell, PA 19422

(Full Time) Monday – Thursday 11AM to 9PM

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain dependable and available workforce based on client needs;

Assist Scheduling and Operations with the coordination of employee shifts;

Create and modify shifts in the scheduling software;

Communicate with Operations Team whenever there's a conflict in scheduling;

Keep Operations Team informed of schedule changes, gaps and needs;

Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

2+ years of administrative experience supporting operations (preferred);

Ability to work independently with the capability of adapting to changing priorities;

Ability to multi-task, with close attention to detail and strong organizational skills;

Demonstrates dependability, good judgment and problem-solving skills;

Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills;

Must be able to pass background proceedings and drug screening.
